Sustainable Social Impact

Social Impact are words commonly used in today’s professional environments, but what does it mean? We take it beyond community involvement and help companies build a partnership with organizations that don’t just address immediate concerns but also dig up the root of the issues and work to eliminate the inequity. We have created sustainable social impact campaigns around college affordability, food insecurity, maternal health, access to menstrual products, job readiness & placement and more all resulting in upward mobility and equalization of opportunity for all.

Employee Volunteerism

Are you looking for opportunities to give back to your community? Do you think your employees could use a morale boost? Let us help you with employee volunteerism! We focus on business-specific volunteering, so your employees can use their professional skills to better the community. We help establish and manage a skills-based program, so your employees will also feel a real connection to your company’s corporate social responsibility,

Talent Recruiting

The job market is on fire...in a good way. The number one thing we hear from employers is that they aren’t reaching the right talent pool because their networks are the same and their hiring tactics don’t reach a broader audience. We are experts in assisting companies with solving this issue. Using our vast network across academia, philanthropy, politics, non-profit and the entertainment industry, we attract the right talent to deliver a qualified and energetic talent pool. We also assist with the job description and use our incentive program to reward those who refer final candidates to us.
